Global Billing Administrator

    About the Role

    net2phone, a rapidly growing division of IDT, is looking for a Global Billing Administrator to manage the net2phone billing system and billing processes.  We are looking for someone with a creative mind who holds themselves to the highest ethical standards, is driven, and has a strong desire for personal growth and professional success. The candidate will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our billing system.

    Responsibilities

    • Helping, guiding, and assisting in the performance of the day-to-day tasks that are required to properly and accurately invoice our valued customers which include running reports, importing data to our billing system, fixing incorrect data, and other tasks to ensure invoicing is done properly.
    • Acting as the subject matter expert of the billing system and processes for the net2phone organization.
    • Documenting processes, best practices, and answering questions to our internal stakeholders on how to perform tasks in the billing system.
    • Managing workflows and changes in the billing system while constantly looking to improve and automate processes in the billing system.
    • Assisting the business in configuring standard billing and financial reports as well as some custom SQL reports.
    • Serving as the main contact for reporting bugs to net2Phone’s billing system vendor and managing communication, system roadmap, and tracking fixes.
    • Working with our head business administrator and billing development team to optimize the net2phone Partner Portal/Salesforce/BP CPQ experiences while trying to improve the internal and external experiences by striving for uniformity between systems.
