Call Blocking allows users to prevent incoming calls from specific telephone numbers. This option can be helpful with eliminating spam calls, telemarketing, and other unwanted telephone calls.

Block Unwanted Calls

Blocking Numbers: Block unwanted numbers by country code level, area code, toll-free and by specific number. For more information on Call Blocking click here to view a user tutorial.


Admin Controls: Admins have the ability to control, add and manage blocked numbers within the entire account.

User Controls: Users also have the ability to block numbers within their own individual account.



Easy Set Up


Set Up: Enable call blocking within the Blocked Caller section of your net2phone portal. Simply click "add blocked number" and type in the number you wish to block.

Wildcard: This option allows you to block multiple numbers within a group of numbers. Use an asterisk behind any set of numbers you wish to block, and all future calls from the sequence will be blocked.

Call History: View all blocked calls within your call history section of your portal to track call blocking patterns.

Inbound Calling : Choose to accept, reject, or reject and block incoming calls within your net2phone account.
