    CRIC Argentina Conference

    Our team of experts participated in #CRICArgentina2023, the event that brings together all the main customer experience (CX), customer relationship management (CRM), and business intelligence (BI) players and solutions in the country and the region.

    During the event, the visitors to the CRIC in Buenos Aires, Argentina, were able to attend different sessions, along with hearing from a panel of experts which included Marcos Laplacette, net2phone's Sales Director for Argentina and Chile. Marcos, along with the other panel members talked about the importance of omnichannel interactions and how artificial intelligence can be applied to enhance the customer experience.

    We asked Marcos for some of his key takeaways from participating in these sessions. "CX-related events are a great opportunity to share trends and have discussions with the main players in the customer experience space." he shares. "I was honored to share a panel with industry colleagues and experts to talk about the digital transformation and emergence of artificial intelligence into the overall customer experience."
