net2phone Integrations With Additional Communication Platforms

    integration-withOthers-1

Integrating Net2Phone with other applications allows you to streamline key processes, enrich your CRM data and provide a better user experience to your customers.

    What are Net2Phone's Integration Options?

Net2Phone offers three main ways of integrating other software:

    1. You can use one of our pre-built integrations with widely-used CRM and communication platforms.
    2. You can use a workflow automation tool like Zapier to integrate with thousands of other apps without having to write extensive code.
    3. Your developers can build custom integrations using Net2Phone API's.

We currently offer native integrations with SalesForce, Zoho, Slack, and Microsoft Teams --though we're always adding more! The setup for these integrations is simple and requires no development knowledge or skills.

If you use a different CRM or internal workspace (or have your own custom-built solutions) and still want to integrate with net2Phone, you can develop your own integrations using our custom API’s. Our system has several webhook API options for ease and speed of integration.

If you're short on development talent, an alternative approach is to use low-code or no-code workflow automation tools like Zapier to integrate your other apps with net2Phone. These allow you to build integrations with other apps without the hassle of coding from scratch.

How Do I Use Low-code Tools to Integrate with Net2Phone?

'Low-code' as a term covers both solutions that require no-code input at all and developer-focused productivity tools designed for teams with some experience of writing code.

If you're planning on using workflow automation tools to connect net2Phone with your other communication platforms, be clear on which option would work best for your organization. At the very least, you'll need the skill-set of process-based thinkers to build robust integrations - so build your project team accordingly.

Workflow automation tools replace the need for custom-built integrations. With Net2Phone, you can then automatically connect with thousands of other apps (Slack, Asana, HubSpot, and Gmail, to name just a few) without the need for further customization.

The main advantages here are time and reliability. If you use low-code automation tools to integrate with net2Phone, you save the time and expense of building them yourself, and you can be certain that they will work without extensive custom coding.

Note that you will be slightly limited in the actions that these low-code integrations can carry out. Tools like Zapier don't offer integrations with limitless functionality - but with that said, they provide more than enough for most companies. However, if you want to create something truly groundbreaking, you might be better off creating a custom integration via API or webhook; if not, then established low-code tools will likely be right for you and your team.
