    Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started with net2phone Canada?

Get connected with one of our product experts to see if we’re the right fit for your business. They’ll take you through the SONAR platform and understand your use cases to show you the features and benefits that will matter most.

Will you come on site to set everything up?

The short answer is no, we don't do any onsite set-up. The long answer is, because we don't need to. All of our devices are plug-and-play, meaning once they're delivered to your location you just have to connect them to an ethernet cable, let the devices power-up, and within 15 minutes they're ready to go.

If you work with a managed service provider or IT professional partnered with net2phone Canada, we'll work with them to ensure a smooth roll-out of your new business communications service.

What is covered with domestic calling?

Domestic calling includes both Canada and the U.S. Our Canadian long-distance covers all provinces and territories, not just the main population centres. U.S. calling covers the continental U.S., and includes Hawaii, and Alaska.

    Where is my data stored?

All of net2phone Canada’s points of presence lay within Canadian data centres, and when using 3rd party cloud infrastructure providers for specific services, we only operate within their Canadian facilities whenever possible, ensuring your organization remains compliant.

    Where is Versature?

In 2018, Versature was acquired by net2phone. 2 years after being acquired by net2phone, we have re-introduced ourselves as net2phone Canada - driving impact through unparalleled business VoIP service and technology. We have the same great service, just under a new name. We'll always be proud of our Versature roots.
